How to read your growth score
What the overall score and the seven pillar scores mean, and how to decide what to do first.
One score, seven parts
Your overall growth score is out of 100. It is a weighted average of seven pillar scores, each covering one stage between a customer searching and a customer paying.
Search Visibility counts for the most, followed by Website Performance and Lead Generation. Automation and AI Readiness count for the least, because they matter only once customers can already find and contact you.
What a pillar score is made of
Each pillar is a set of specific checks. A check passes, partly passes or fails, and each carries a weight. A pillar's score is the share of that weight you earned.
This means a low score in one pillar usually comes down to two or three specific gaps, which the report names.
Deciding what to fix first
The report orders its findings by priority and by how many points each is worth. In practice:
- Start with high-priority items that are low effort, such as adding your city to your page title or making your phone number tap-to-call.
- Then take on the high-impact items that need more work, such as mobile speed.
- Leave low-priority items until the rest is done.
What the score does not tell you
The audit reads your homepage and public information about your business. It cannot see your sales, your advertising or how quickly you answer the phone. A high score means the foundations are in place; it is not a forecast of revenue.
Run the audit again after making changes to see the score move.
